Liz was absolutely fantastic. I brought my elderly and disabled uncle. Liz was so kind and patient. I really appreciated her attentive and friendly service.
My time here in Norms was amazing! Our server was Claudia, she was on top of us. She did such a wonderful job at costumer service. Went with my mom and we had a lovely time Our waitress Guille wemt above and beyond with the service. I even noticed her running around attending other customers, but always had the time to ask if we we're doing good and if we needed anything. You can tell Guille is a hard worker and I appreciate her customer service
Brenda was our server and she was amazing. Even though it was busy she kept checking on us to see if had everything we needed. She was sweetheart and super kind. She made my son feel like his lil self ordering like adult. Thank you Brenda
Surprisingly awesome. We had Zaira as our server who was super attentive and kind. The food came out hot and fast. Everything was yummy. We got the tenders and burger. Both were good and you can't beat the value especially when you consider the service at a sit down diner vs what you pay for fast food for the same or worse quality.
The new Garlic Mushroom chicken Alfredo is delicious. Thank you very much to Guillermina for having my drinks full at all times and also having the patience to explain the menu to make and the add ons.
Even though it was busy, we were seated very quickly. Our server Liz was very sweet and helpful. Her energy was positive and brought the atmosphere up. I got the lumberjack breakfast and a coffee. As a coffee fiend, I appreciated that Lizbeth and the other staff members came to check and refill on our coffee. They brought pancakes instead of French toast but were very quick and positive in fixing my order. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will be more than happy to return just because of the staff!
Shout out to Guillermina! She made my Mother’s Day very special and I’m very thankful to Guillermina. She was kind, sweet, attentive and professional. Over all the whole staff was amazing!
I have never once came to a Norms where it was so friendly, and the service was AMAZING, 100/10. I would definitely be coming back! Our server, Guille was such a sweetheart and a doll. She went above and beyond to make sure we were very taken care of. Her service and comprehension was just above and beyond. I appreciate her for her patience and her attention to details. Will be coming back and request for her.
